A vision for peace and prosperity among the indigenous tribes of Mindanao through education and economic development.
Mindanao is rich in rainforests, rivers and natural resources, yet it is home to some of the poorest regions in the Philippines. Its indigenous tribes have long been caught in conflict.
The Mindanao Model for Peace proposes a path forward built on schools for indigenous children, agricultural and economic development, and community-led peace-making.
